Inside Heartwood, we can host up to 30 guests. For garden events with a tent, we can accommodate up to 60 guests.

Absolutely! We love creating custom menus to suit your event and guests’ preferences.

Yes, Heartwood is fully wheelchair accessible.

There is limited onsite parking, and plenty of street parking nearby.

As people who believe sharing a meal is one of the most meaningful experiences, we couldn’t have asked for a better caterer for our wedding than Heartwood Kitchen.

From start to finish, the food was outstanding – the cocktail-hour snacks, to the family-style dinner that made the evening feel warm and connected, right through to the delicious late-night eats (hello, poutine bar!).

It would have been fantastic under any circumstances, but what truly stood out was Ian’s professionalism and execution when an unexpected storm blew away our outdoor venue and forced everyone into his space on a moments notice. He and his team adapted seamlessly, creating a beautiful meal and experience despite the chaos.
